A 24 - 48 Hour advance
reservation is recommended. For early Monday morning reservations, you
must either contact us by Saturday at 6 pm, or leave a message and we will
immediately get back to you. |

locate your reserved vehicle after arrival at PDX:

The Vehicle and Chauffeur;
will be waiting in Area #5 (Town Cars) or Area #6 (Limousines), when the
passenger's arrive.
The passenger's name will be displayed on a sign by the Chauffeur.
If you don't see your vehicle in Area #5, check in Area #6 in case we had to
send a stretch limo. If you have problems locating Area #5 or Area #6 (see
below), ask a Traffic Assistant or the info. booth on the roadway, or call
My Chauffeur directly at 503-969-4370.

Car Sedan -- PDX

located just outside of baggage claim on the lower level roadway. When
you exit the baggage claim area and are outside, cross to the center island
to get to Area #5, a 1-2 minute walk.

PDX arrivals who made a stretch limo reservation meet their limousines at
Reserved Vehicle

located adjacent to Area #5 (see above). |

WAIT TIME
POLICY/MISC.: The Chauffeur will wait at PDX for one (1) hour;1 hour 15
minutes for international flights; after the
passenger's flight touches down. If it takes the passenger longer than
this time frame to meet their vehicle, they must call 503-969-4370 to
retain their vehicle and avoid being
charged for a No-Show. Wait time charges after this time frame are
$1.00 per minute. My Chauffeur monitors the status of all incoming
flights. For pick-ups going to PDX, wait time charges after 10 minutes are $1.00
per minute.
For an early morning pick-up
request occurring between 3:00 a.m. and 3:59 a.m., there is an additional
$10.00 charge.
For late night reservations occurring between 11:01 p.m. and
2:59 a.m. there is an additional $15.00 charge (time is determined from
when the passenger is in the vehicle). |

CANCELLATION
POLICY: All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer
Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Confirmation With No Penalty. If the
flight is cancelled, the passenger must call My Chauffeur to cancel or
confirm their new flight #. If a cancellation occurs less than two
hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of
the trip plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit
card. The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My
Chauffeur. |

All pickups are in newer model Cadillac
or Lincoln Town car sedans, or stretch limos. Stretch limos (area
#6) are occasionally used as backup vehicles for sedans. Our vehicles are not
always marked on the outside. Look for your name on a sign, as
mentioned above. |

Passenger Meet & Greets
- We will, on request,
meet your Party inside the terminal at baggage claim; cost for this
additional service is $45.

Large capacity stretch limousines are available for extra people or luggage. The
cost is 60% - 120% above the sedan rate. Complimentary coffee service is
available on request. (5-15 passenger vehicles; 3 am - 8 am only). |
