Pickup location charges apply outside of the Portland City Limits.  Check box to authorize a pick-up location payment of 20% of the tour cost.  I understand that this payment is additional to the tour costs ordered above and will cover all pick-up locations in the Portland/ Vancouver Metro. area and most wine country locations, and is non-refundable.  If I do not authorize this charge, I understand the GC holder will be responsible for the pick-up location charge of 10-30% if the pick-up is outside the Portland City Limits.
