Limited Use Complimentary GC

Terms/Conditions

About once a month, we choose one or more local companies to give a complimentary gift certificate to.  Complimentary gift certificates have certain conditions/limitations as follows:

• No purchase necessary.

• GC is valid Sunday through Thursday only from 9:30-1:30pm or 2:00-6:00pm.  Additional hours are at regular cost.  All services are subject to date & vehicle availability.

• Your organization must be a local organization located within the Portland metro area.

• Your organization must be having a community event, and our GC should be considered one of the grand prizes.

• 4 hours full-service limousine wine tour max. (about 2-3 wineries in the North Willamette Valley)

• Or alternatively, you may choose 2 hours of local Portland area limousine service.  Additional hours are regular cost.  Friday & Saturday evenings 3 hour min. (GC may be used toward this time). Time begins & ends at the My Chauffeur garage minus 15 minutes grace period each way.  Your pickup/drop-off location will likely use up some of the 2 hours 'comped' time.

• Maximum 14 persons.

• Wine Tour pickup/drop-off locations must be in either downtown Portland or at Portland's Lloyd Center Mall parking lot.  Custom pickup locations outside of these areas are additional cost.

• Winery tasting fees (about $8-$15 per person per winery) and picnic lunches (about $10-$15 pp) are at additional cost.

• GC may not be combined with or used in conjunction with any other special rate, coupon or special offer.  Not valid holidays or on the Memorial Day/Thanksgiving Day weekends.

• GC does not include the driver/guide gratuity.  Recommended 20% driver gratuity based on the GC full value is customary.  The value of this GC is $70 pp or $980 if you have the full 14 participants.  The actual value of the GC is based on the actual # of participants.  Limousine service value is up to $250 for up to 14 participants.

• GC will be valid for up to 6 months from the issue date.
