This basic all-inclusive package includes...

• ...a complimentary pickup/drop-off anywhere within the Portland Metro area.  Pickup/Drop-off locations outside of the Portland Metro area are at additional cost; please inquire about your specific liability.

• ...full service planning of your tour.  Just let us know your interests, if any, and we will do the rest.

• ...our guide which can give your group a general overview of the Valley as well as detailed intro's to each winery you visit.

• ...a 5/6-hour tour.  Longer tours, shorter tours & discounted multi-day itineraries are available.  Please inquire.

• ...a focus & wine tasting fees at 4 BASIC wineries*.  We try to waive or lower tasting fees as much as possible. Tasting fees are often refunded with wine bottle purchase.  And you only pay for the tasting fees you actually use. Therefore, the per person costs may be lower or higher than what is stated below.

• ...beverages & Gourmet Picnic lunches (BASIC MENU'S) from one of our favorite wine country caterers*.  Our premier menu's or specialty platters may be at additional cost.

• ...the driver/guide gratuity.

BASIC PACKAGE PRICING is below, and are estimated.*

• For a 1 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $445. 

• For a 2 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $250 pp.

• For a 3 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $185 pp.

• For a 4 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $152 pp.

• For a 5-12 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $140 pp.

• For a 13-14/15 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $130 pp. (for 9-14/15 person tours; please book 1-2 weeks or more in advance)

• For a 16+ person tour - Call for quote

PREMIER PACKAGE PRICING  is below, and is estimated.*

• For a 2 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $275 per person + lunch costs.

• For a 3 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $210 per person + lunch costs.

• For a 4 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $177 per person + lunch costs.

• For a 5-12 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $165 per person + lunch costs.

• For a 13-14/15 person tour - the all-inclusive cost is $155 pp. (for 9-14/15 person tours; please book 1-2 weeks or more in advance)

* TERMS:  5-person minimum tour charges apply for 5-8 ppl.  9-person minimum tour charges apply for 9-14 ppl.  15-person minimum charges apply for 15-22 ppl.  4% cash discount applies. Final costs may be lower than what is quoted above due to the actual tasting fees rather than the estimated tasting fees.  Pickup/Drop-off location costs may apply.  4 or 8 hour tour options are also available; please inquire about pricing for these options.  Substitution/custom winery stops may be available, please inquire. You may choose your wineries or you may leave that up to My Chauffeur. PRIVATE TOUR - A private tour is not guaranteed.  In the event of your tour becoming a mixed-group tour, you will be notified ahead of time and your cancellation policy will become a 2-hour cancellation policy. To absolutely guarantee a private tour, a 20% stipend applies.  On the other hand, if your tour becomes a mixed-group tour; your cost requirement may become less.   TASTING FEES: All tasting fee cost quotes are approximate; as it may be higher or lower depending on the groups decisions and other factors.  All tasting fees not used by the group are returned to the group.  BASIC Package includes 'basic' wine selections from about 4 wineries.  $10 per person per winery tasting fee ($40 pp + 6% credit card processing fee/service chg.) is the maximum allotment per individual on your tour.  PREMIER Package includes 'premier' wineries & wine selections from about 4 wineries.  $20 per person per winery tasting fee ($80 pp + 6% credit card processing fee/service chg.) is the maximum allotment per individual on your tour. This usually means getting to 4 wineries, but the # of wineries your group actually gets to is not guaranteed.  ‘PREMIUM’ & ADDITIONAL SELECTIONS/WINERIES ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST.  IF WINERY TASTING FEES RUN OVER YOUR $40 pp ALLOTMENT EITHER ACCIDENTALLY OR PURPOSELY, THESE COSTS OVER RUNS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT.  My Chauffeur attempts to keep your group within the desired tasting fee range; but, ultimately, My Chauffeur is NOT responsible for cost overruns under any circumstances. If you want no restrictions on your tasting fees, please notify us or your driver and he/she will accommodate your request.  You only pay for the tasting fees you actually use.  6% credit card processing fee/service fee applies on top of all tasting fees.  Restrictions may apply.  PICNIC LUNCHES: A gourmet picnic box lunch is included for everyone with your all-inclusive package.  If your group would rather choose to stop at a restaurant/cafe or to bring-your-own, $14 pp will be refunded to your all-inclusive package costs.  Picnic lunch choices are from our BASIC MENU #1 (basic menus #2 and #3 and premier menu #1 are also an option) on our Picnic lunches webpage.  If you are going to exclusively Washington County or Columbia River Gorge area wineries; please choose Premier Menu #1 (no additional costs apply).  Custom lunch selections from our other menus may be possible and may be at additional cost.  Get back to us with your menu choices either anytime before your tour, or at the latest, we must know your choices by 9AM on the day of your tour.  Please contact us if you would like to order from one our alternate menus (other than basic menu #1); as additional costs and/or pre-ordering requirements may apply.  If you have already ordered lunches for your group, they should be itemized on the reservation form, and we will have them ready for your tour date.  If you have questions regarding the menus or anything lunch related, just give us a call.  It is customary to purchase a bottle or 2 of wine from your lunch host winery to enjoy with your picnic lunch.  For wine country restaurants, click on the restaurants link on our website for your tour region, or you may ask us for suggestions.
