Turkey or roast beef with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and mustard. Served on 9-Grain bread.

The classic hot pastrami (or turkey) and sauerkraut on our marble rye with swiss and thousand island dressing.

Smoked turkey breast, cranberry sauce, & cream cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, salt & pepper make it our local favorite. Served on white bread.

Chunks of all-white chicken breast layered with melted swiss and Black Forest ham. Served on a ciabatta roll with our bistro sauce.

A combination of roast beef, Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar, fire-roasted green chilies from Hatch, NM, onion, lettuce and tomato. Served toasted on a 6-inch baguette with mayo.  (halves on sourdough)

Triple-decker turkey with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Served on three slices of white toast.

Carlton Farms summer sausage, dry Italian salami on a ciabatta roll with X-sharp Tillamook white cheddar, pepperoncinis, pickles, spicy mustard, and oil & vinegar (halves on sourdough)

Quality comfort food. Piles of roast beef with melted swiss cheese; served on a baguette with hot au jus for dipping.

Unless you are into angular momentum, this is a Greek sandwich-like thing pronounced (YEE-rho).

It’s lamb and beef on a concoction of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and onions smothered in tzatziki sauce and served on a warmed pita.

Brie cheese, mango chutney, avocado, fresh spinach, and mayonnaise. Served warm on sourdough.

Hummus, feta cheese, roasted red bell peppers, black olives, tomatoes, and spinach on 9-Grain.

The underground has come to light. All the goodness of a Southwestern Sub, but we substitute lots of avocado in place of the roast beef. Halves on sourdough.

Fresh mozzarella, basil leaves & ripe tomatoes with olive oil & vinegar on a ciabatta roll (no halves).
