Gourmet Lunches for Full-Service Tours

My Chauffeur specializes in wine & cuisine tours of Oregon. Your tour concierge is available to plan your tour lunch and/or after tour dinner. Available are picnic lunches provided by My Chauffeur's caterers; a restaurant/cafe stop or you may also bring-your-own.

Picnic Lunches - The 'power of the picnic' is a great unifier and stimulator for friends or co-workers. Many wineries have picnic grounds in which to enjoy your picnic, and all have beautiful scenic locations. In general, the wineries do not have indoor eating areas. If the weather is bad, plan on going to a winery with a covered picnic area, eating in the vehicle or visiting a restaurant/cafe.

Your personal lunch concierge will help you with your picnic lunch menu choices and picnic lunch planning, if desired. If you prefer to do a restaurant/cafe stop or to bring-your-own, please contact us. My Chauffeur offers a catered gourmet picnic lunch & lunch concierge service with our standard full-service wine tour option.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: Choose any menu from basic menu's 1-6 (section A) or premier menu #1 (section B). Additional costs apply with premier menu's 2 & 3.

BASIC Menu's (1-6) (Dundee/Newberg/Carlton/McMinnville area wineries only. For Carlton only area wineries; we recommend menu's #2, 4 or 6)
PREMIER menu's (1-3) (all tour destinations or if you will be going to Washington County wineries or Columbia R. Gorge wineries; Boxed lunches, platters & specialty menu's with extensive selections)

All menu choices must be from the same menu, and must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours advance. Choose a basic menu Underground Cafe - Basic Menu #1 unless premier menus (below) are desired or necessary.

(All tour destinations)

Expanded selections. Menu choices must be from the same menu. (exception: #1 & #3 may be combined). All premier menu's must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours advance. Service fees may apply with premier menu's.

Premier Menu #1 - Sandwiches, Wraps & Create-Your-Own (Whole Foods Inc.; choose this menu if you prefer a basic, 'healthy' alternative menu; all tour destinations; no service fee. This menu may be included in the all-inclusive package. Please give us a call to order from this menu.)

Premier Menu #2 - Boxed Lunches or Party Platters (Ingallina's Box Lunch; Monday-Friday Tours Only; all tour destinations; service fee applies)

Premier Menu #3 - Platters, Entrees, Boxed Lunches, Starters, Salads, Desserts & more (Whole Foods Inc.; choose this menu if you prefer expanded selections of a 'healthy' alternative menu; all tour destinations; service fee applies)

WINERY SPOTLIGHTS:

These wineries offer lunches.

Lunch at Canas Feast Winery & Cucina - They've created a special Antipasti menu of small plates which pair deliciously with the current wines. This menu can be ordered daily from 11-5 in the Tasting Room and Cucina and includes meat and cheese plates, house made focaccia, their favorite chicken liver pate, and other seasonal selections. As well, they are offering a housemade sandwich, salad, and soup special which will be served most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Items such as their delicious Pumpkin Soup with Toasted Pepitas and Creme Fraiche will be available on the weekends throughout the Fall. Picnic Lunches Include:

Individually boxed lunches or family style platters.
Scenic winery location.
Beautiful picnic baskets on request for that special occasion. Picnic basket with plates, utensils & ground or table coverings by prior arrangement. $5 per basket. 1 basket accommodates up to 4 people.
Complete set-up by the chauffeur/guide.
Water & soda beverages.
Wine & Food Gods smiling overhead

It is traditional to purchase a bottle or two of wine from the lunch host winery to enjoy with your picnic lunch.

* 'Bring-Your-Own lunch' is also an option. For BYO lunches, messy foods are not advisable if lunch is consumed in the vehicles, as clean up charges for clean-up beyond the 'normal' apply.
