The 'power of the picnic'

The 'power of the picnic' is a great unifier and stimulator for friends or co-workers.  My Chauffeur offers a catered gourmet picnic lunch & lunch concierge services with our standard full-service wine tour option and set-up at the winery is included.  Many wineries have picnic grounds in which to enjoy your picnic, and all have beautiful scenic locations. In general, the wineries do not have indoor eating areas.  If the weather is bad, plan on eating in the vehicle.

The standard default menu's are Basic Menu's #1-#3.  If you ordered the 'All-Inclusive' wine tour package, you should choose Basic Menu #1 below, otherwise contact us for additional information.  Choose alternate (Premier) menu's if desired or necessary.  Our lunch concierge will help you with your menu choices if desired.  And you may contact us with any questions about menus.  Gift Certificates: choose from menu #1 or #2, unless otherwise instructed.  Lunch pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed.

All menu choices must be from the same menu. (Except #1 & #3 may be combined)

Any tour destination; For premier menus, service fees may apply.  We must have your groups menu selections 1-2 days or more prior to your tour date. 

 

Premier Menu #1 Boxed Lunches (Whole Foods Inc.; all tour destinations; no service fee)
Premier Menu #2 Boxed Lunches or Party Platters for large groups (Ingallina's; Monday-Friday Tours Only; all tour destinations; service fee applies)

Premier Menu #3 Boxed Lunches & Platters (Whole Foods Inc.; Choose this menu if you prefer expanded selections of a 'healthy' alternative menu of lunch boxes & platters; all tour destinations; service fee applies)

Lunches Include:

• Individually boxed lunches or family style platters.

• Scenic winery location.

• Beautiful picnic baskets or boxed lunch. Picnic basket, plates, utensils & ground or table coverings by prior arrangement.  Request it to be sure it is available.

• Complete set-up by the chauffeur/guide.

• Water & soda beverages.

• Wine & Food Gods smiling overhead

  It is traditional to purchase a bottle or two of wine from the lunch host winery to enjoy with your picnic lunch. 

* 'Bring-Your-Own lunch' is also an option. For BYO lunches, messy foods are not advisable if lunch is consumed in the vehicles, as clean up charges for clean-up beyond the 'normal' apply.
