Entrants will be automatically disqualified unless they do ALL of the following:

• Enter ALL of the required information on the ENTRY form.
• Do not copy the information in the 'Entrant Information' section to the 'Invitation to your Friends' section (if applicable) on the ENTRY form..
• Submit only one (1) time, one (1) form and one (1) email address per Entrant on the ENTRY form.  Dual email addresses for the same entrant is grounds for disqualification.
• 'Invitation to your Friends' email addresses (if applicable) must be valid and NOT the same as the entrants email address on the ENTRY form..
• Check box which states: 'I am 21 years of age and have read/agree to the official rules.'
• Type the words 'Red Box' as instructed on the ENTRY form.
• Submit the Entry form between December 21st and 12:00:00am PST on January 14, annually.

WINNERS: Entrants name and email address have been recorded and one (1) UP TO $1200 Wine Tour prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entrant on January 16, annually. Winner will be notified by email or phone. The Winner will be determined by random selection from all entries. Odds of winning will be approximately 1:600, but is determined by the actual total number of Entries received during the contest period. Limit two (2) entries for one (1) wine tour per individual/family or group valued up to $1200. If you are the winner, we will contact you on or about January 16th-20th.

Neither WineTourOregon.com, nor any of its agents, employees, affiliates or subsidiaries are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, postage due mail, for hardware or software or any telephone, electronic, network or computer malfunctions, failures, errors or data inaccuracies. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond or within the control of WineTourOregon.com that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, WineTourOregon.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In such an event, the winner may be selected for the remaining prize by random drawing from among all valid entries received before cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any prize notification returned as undeliverable through no fault of WineTourOregon.com will result in disqualification of the potential winner and an alternate new entry will be selected. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone to the email/phone number provided by entrants, who are solely responsible for its accuracy. Potential winner is required to verify receipt and acceptance of sweepstakes winning status/prize and supply their home address and phone # within 3 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. At the tour date confirmation, the prize winner is required to furnish their credit card information to secure the tour date. After the tour date confirmation and 'no penalty' phase, no (0) cancellation/tour date changes are allowed; see below under Cancellation Agreement. If the potential winner voluntarily forfeits the prize or fails to accept the prize within 3 days, an alternate new entry will be selected.\

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT (COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CERTIFICATES): My Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time (full refund applies).  My Chauffeur reserves the right to change any tour schedule and to substitute or cancel stops or other features on any tour without notice with no refund.   For a customer cancellation, you must obtain a cancellation confirmation in writing from the company staff.  Cancellations without a written confirmation will not be accepted. 

If the agreed service is cancelled by the customer, the company WILL IMPOSE the applicable cancellation policies as follows:

A.         All tours may be cancelled by customer within 24 hours of reservation confirmation with ‘no penalty’. 

B.         If customer cancellation occurs after the ‘no penalty’ phase, see above (1A), the complimentary gift certificate is VOID and cannot be used at any future date.

C.        Lunch costs (if applicable) — If My Chauffeur is not able to get a refund on your ordered lunches, 100% of the lunch costs are added to the cancellation agreement above under items a, b & c.

Any cancellation of the said reservation must be confirmed and received by My Chauffeur no later than the time line described above. Total # of people changes may require a re-confirmation of your tour date. {see REFUNDS below}

All aspects of the prize are NON-TRANSFERABLE and no substitutions are allowed. On the tour date, your valid state issued photo I.D. will be required to guard against fraud.  No cash equivalent or exchange of prize is permitted and any and all local and state or federal taxes resulting from winning and accepting this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

The sweepstakes is only open to U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older as of December 20, annually, excluding all full or part-time employees of WineTourOregon.com, its subsidiary and affiliated companies, as well as their agents and representatives. This offer is void wherever prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
