PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & GRATUITY
Your signature will be required on our standard Service Order Agreement
('Contract') at the pickup location; to view form, click
deposit is required on all tour reservations. After 24 hours from your tour
confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance due is due on your
PASSENGER TOUR BUS DEPOSIT TERMS: In addition to the deposit listed above; a deposit
equal to the cost of the tour bus is required to secure the bus. If you
cancel after we have ordered your bus and scheduled your wineries and sent you the winery list,
a minimum $200 deposit is non-refundable. The refund of the remainder of
the deposit is dependent on the bus company. An additional deposit may be
required if the wineries require pre-payment. The balance is due on your tour
otherwise noted; driver gratuity of 15-20% was not included with the purchase of service
and is appreciated. Your driver works hard to ensure
your time is safe, timely and fun.
Pre-paid or no-signature transactions where the
credit card holder is either present or is not present require a 20% driver gratuity.
Reservations in which the credit card holder
requests that the driver charge the card and email the receipt (signifying a
no-signature transaction) require a 20% driver gratuity.
We accept the following credit cards and cash:
Exact change is required; your driver/guide carries no change. Even
if you choose to make your payment in cash and receive the cash discount, your
credit card will be authorized for the full tour $ amount to secure payment and
in case you change your mind and wish to use your credit card for payment.
