(Notice: TASTING FEES AT
THE TASTING ROOMS ARE ADDITIONAL TO THE COST OF THE TOUR. These fees are
usually from $5-$15 per person per winery, often refunded with wine purchase.
Please let us know your $ range below. This is one determining factor in
our winery choices if you leave those choices up to us. If you are
choosing your own wineries, you are responsible for knowing the tasting fees. If requested, the chauffeur will pay the tasting fees for your group during
the tour and add the $ cost to the final bill (3% surcharge applies).
This service is recommended for larger groups, as the wineries usually ask for
a single payment. This courtesy service is not guaranteed;
however, we will
endeavor to accommodate your requests.

A partial tour guide is standard and is a combination driver/guide.
The driver/guide does not give continuous narrative, but introduces each
stop and does general narrative when possible, as well as answer questions.
A full tour guide (denotes 'continuous' narrative; guide is separate from
the driver, requires additional costs, and if requested, is not guaranteed), See Liability Agreement
below. However, we will
endeavor to accommodate your requests. For Saturday
tours; you may request, but we usually cannot accommodate a full tour
guide. If no choices are chosen, the default 'Partial Tour Guide' will
apply. You may also request 'no guide' if you would like to just go
the wineries with no info narrative.
Wine Glass Charms:
Would you like My
Chauffeur to provide
customized wine glass charms?
If yes, you will have an opportunity to order soon from the confirmation
page or online from 'site map'. 21 days advance required. $10 each +
service fee applies.
Your deluxe tour option already includes a
restaurant upgrade to include any McMinnville area restaurant. You may
also add, if desired, a lodging accommodation upgrade and/or a vehicle
upgrade.

vehicle will not be considered as “reserved” until this signed agreement is
receive by us, and you receive the final confirmation from us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that this communication is successful
for each contract or renewed contact (if applicable), and to contact us if
you do not receive the confirmation. Please contact us if you do not receive
confirmation.My Chauffeur holds no
liability and will issue no refunds due to lost communications.
