All tours are private. We can accommodate 1-100 guests or more.   

* Price quote in the right hand column is the total cost without the 20% chauffeur gratuity & gas surcharges (if applicable).  10% cash discount applies.  P/U - D/O location costs, lunch costs and wine tasting fees may apply.  Other discounts or additional costs may apply. Full-service tours include all the planning/preparations needed for your tour.

* Quote indicates an initial quote, and is not guaranteed until confirmed.  Tour bus pricing includes the complete full-service tour; including the vehicle, driver, guide, driver/guide gratuities, gas surcharge and our concierge service, with all the planning/preparations and lunch catering needed for your tour.  Our pricing does not include lunch costs and winery tasting/tour fees.  With 11 years (since 1998) of experience planning wine tours for large groups, our concierge will make your event a perfect event.

ONE-WAY point to point charter rate is also available.

• Quoted full-service rates are for a complete tour, including all the planning/preparations/arrangements/concierge/guide etc..  For an hourly tour/rate, where a tour does not exist, see below under 'Hourly & Charter Rates'.  Rates are valid for all wine country destinations. 4-adult min. charge.

• Vehicle hourly rate P/U-D/O location charges may apply above the quoted rate. A My Chauffeur 'garage to garage' vehicle hourly rate applies to and from your pickup & drop-off locations with a 15 minute 'grace' period each way. Contact us for your specific P/U - D/O location charge liability.

• Lunches and winery tasting/winery facility tour fees are charged extra. 

• Cash discount & other discounts or costs may apply.

• Gas surcharge applies: (1-14 ppl., not included in 'initial' quote)

  • $4 pp (4 hour tour; $30 max.)

  • $5 pp (6 hour tour; $40 max.)

  • $6 pp (8 hour tour; $50 max.)

VEHICLES:

All price quotes are for the 'minimum' vehicle required for your groups size.  On request, My Chauffeur may upgrade your vehicle to the next size, not guaranteed.  To guarantee a vehicle upgrade, additional costs apply.

Additional Info Below:

1. You have the option to use the Hourly & Charter Rates.  Hourly/Charter rates denotes no tour guide/concierge service.

2. Tour times start at the pick-up time.   A catered Gourmet Picnic Lunch may be included on any tour.

3. --   5% - 40% discount applies for groups of 12 or more  -- 

• Tour bus pricing - 10% discount based on 20 people; or 40% discount based on 35 people. The large group discounts reflect the initial quote.  Quotes may need to be adjusted based on the final service. 

• Teens 13-20 are 50% off; children under age 12 are free.

4. Specific vehicle requests may negate discount.  Major holidays require a 20% surcharge.     Tours are provided exclusively in Town Car sedans/SUV or limousines, or a tour bus on request. A 1-2 week advance reservation is recommended, but we usually can accommodate last minute reservations. 

5. If any 4 or 6 hour tour goes 30 or more minutes over the scheduled drop-off time, the next tour rate level will apply.  For the 8-hour tour, there is a 10-minute grace period over the scheduled drop-off time, then the vehicle hourly rate applies. 

6. If requested, a tour guide is not guaranteed.
