TERMS - RECESSION WINE TOUR

* TERMS:

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: The 'Recession Wine Tour' is non full-service, vehicle & driver shuttle service  only.  NO tour concierge, lunch concierge or tour guide are available.  This tour option is most cost effective if your group size is between 7-8, 10-14 or 17-22 ppl., otherwise the standard full-service option may be more cost effective.  Your group is responsible for planning your tour, winery selections, tour route, lunches and making all appointments with the wineries, if necessary.  Typically, with groups of about 8-10 or more persons, appointments are required at the wineries.  You must call & notify the individual wineries to learn their specific requirements and to make the arrangements if necessary.  Some wineries require appointments no matter what your group size is.  You will receive, along with your tour confirmation, a comprehensive winery list, route suggestions and events calendar (what's happening at the wineries).  The tour group is responsible for their lunches.  Lunch menus are available on request for last minute suggestions. All trips are private and are offered in town cars or limousines.   The Recession Wine Tour rate may NOT be combined with any other discount, special, rate or coupon. Pickup/drop-off location charges may apply.  Any pickup/drop-off location outside of downtown Portland may require a pickup/drop-off location charge.  4 hour minimum charge applies Sunday-Friday; 5 hour minimum applies on Saturday's.  6 hour minimum applies on the Memorial/Thanksgiving Day weekends.  A My Chauffeur "garage to garage" charge applies, with 10-15 minutes grace period each way.  The hourly service begins at 15 minutes (10 minutes for limo bus) from our garage to your pick-up location and from your drop-off location to our garage. The Recession Wine Tour rate may NOT be combined with any other discount/special rate/coupon.  Cash discount applies.  Hourly charges are charged by minute increments and are rounded to the nearest one dollar.  PRIVATE TOUR - A private tour is not guaranteed.  In the event of your tour becoming a mixed-group tour, you will be notified ahead of time and your cancellation policy will become a 2-hour cancellation policy. To absolutely guarantee a private tour, a 20% stipend applies.  On the other hand, if your tour becomes a mixed-group tour; your cost requirement may become less.  Custom rates may apply on holiday weekends.  See complete RECESSION WINE TOUR DESCRIPTION.    On-line code: recession wine tour

ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY OR WILL APPLY, INCLUDING:

• CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY: 20%

• A PICKUP/DROP-OFF  LOCATION CHARGE.  We will pick you up anywhere within the Portland Metro area and beyond.  However; a Pickup location/drop-off location outside of downtown Portland may be at additional cost.

• A VEHICLE UPGRADE CHARGE WILL APPLY IF YOUR STANDARD VEHICLE IS NOT AVAILABLE. 

• WINE TASTING FEES WILL APPLY (approx. $10 pp per winery).  LUNCH COSTS MAY APPLY.

• CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES; SEE YOUR CONFIRMATION/CONTRACT FOR YOUR SPECIFIC LIABILITY OR VIEW TERMS & CONDITIONS TO VIEW NOW.

• MEMORIAL DAY/THANKSGIVING DAY HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - 6 hour minimum charges apply and the 'Recession Town Car' sedan pricing is not available. Saturday: $75/hour + 20% min. applies.  Custom rates may apply, please inquire.  A private tour is not guaranteed.  In the event of your tour becoming a mixed-group tour, you will be notified ahead of time and your cancellation policy will become void.

• OTHER HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: A 20% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the tour trip charge, may apply to all tours on the following holidays.

* VEHICLES: Our 1-4 passengers Cadillac sedan (‘Recession Town Car’) is a 1995 non-executive sedan, comfortable for 4 adults.  This vehicle may not be suitable for '1st class travel', as it is an older model vehicle.  All other vehicles are newer and considered ‘Executive Travel’.  All of our vehicles are clean, not smoked in & well maintained.  The 3 passenger Denali Limo is an executive SUV limousine, comfortable for 3 large adults, 6 person maximum capacity with the bench seat & 2 fold-down seats ^{(contact us for details)}.  If a private ride is desired or if you have 4 adults and do not want the ‘Recession Town Car’ or SUV, you should order the stretch limo.  With 4 adults, we recommend the Recession Town Car or stretch limo.  For vehicle details, see http://www.WineTourOregon.com/vehicles.htm.
