Billing: 

Tours are charged to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers.  My Chauffeur accepts the following cards; or cash.

          VISA  --  MasterCard  --  American Express  --  Diners Club

	A 20% chauffeur gratuity is added to all tours.  Any gratuity beyond this is not necessary nor expected.  My Chauffeur drivers truly appreciate though, any amount you wish to extend to them, beyond the base gratuity, for a job "well done".
	The following additional charges may be itemized on the invoice statement:

          Additional tour time     /    Winery facility tour     /    Additional hourly time   /     Lunches     /    Tasting fees  etc.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: 

	The cancellation policy is tour specific depending on which tour you scheduled.  To find out your cancellation policy, see the Reservation Form / Contract you received while making your reservation or click here to view.  Or consult with your reservation agent.
	In general, at reservation confirmation, every reservation receives a 24-hour cancellation grace period without penalty.  After that, reservation must be cancelled prior to 14 or 7 days before reservation date to avoid possible penalties.   Refunds are issued at Company's discretion.
	A "no-show" fee will be charged the full net total as shown on your reservation agreement
	If the passenger cannot locate the vehicle, call 1-877-692-4283 to avoid a "no show" fee.

Holiday Travel Policy: 

A 20% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the total fare, will be charged to all trips on the following holidays: New Years Day             Memorial Day          July 4th          Labor Day          Thanksgiving Day         Christmas Day

Late Night Policy: 

If an hourly reservation is scheduled to begin between 10 PM and 4 AM, there will be an additional 30% charge.

Hourly Service Rates: 

Hourly Town Car Service in which a tour does not exist is charged at $60.00 / hour with a 2-3 hour minimum charge.  Hourly Limousine Service is $85.00-$95.00/ Hr with a 2 - 3 hour minimum charge.  Look at tour rates for additional information.

Other:

	My Chauffeur will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
	My Chauffeur assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
