All of our tours are PRIVATE. 
​WE ARE CURRENTLY BOOKING FOR FRIDAY’S, SATURDAY’S, & SUNDAY'S ONLY, unless special arrangements are made. We are NOT currently picking up people within the City of Portland.

Imagine this: You're walking through stunning estate vineyards, the sun warming your face as you discover the true essence of wine country. This isn't just any wine tasting trip—it's an adventure!

Enjoy spectacular valley views as you travel through the estate owned vineyards. You’ll experience varied elevations and soil types along your journey showcasing what makes the Willamette Valley truly remarkable! While visiting the vineyard sites, your tour guide will feature each estates stand out properties. You may have the opportunity to walk amongst the vines at each location while learning about Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, et al.

Your winery visit will conclude back at the Farmhouse Tasting Rooms and can include a curated tasting and charcuterie board to complement the wine.

  • 25% OFF 'Recession Wine Tour' vehicle & driver only.
  • Custom pricing for small groups, and "your vehicle" tours.
  • A 10-20% multi-day discount typically applies, but will need to be confirmed. It may or may not apply depending on the tour and tour type.

Recommended ADVANCE NOTICE:

• FULL-SERVICE: 7-14+ days recommended
• ‘Recession tour’: 3+ DAY (subject to availability)
• DIAMOND: 14-21+ days

Wine tasting fees, and meals, are additional cost for all options.(Complete All-Inclusive packages are available)

TERMS:

• **Vehicle hourly rate (Total daily rate divided by 7 or 12 hours) applies at 7.5 or 12.5 hours, for all tours.
• *The rates above include all fees and driver gratuity, but NOT wine tasting fees and meals.
• The 'Recession Wine Tour', is discounted for larger groups, where you plan your day, and make your own winery appointments.
• Driver Only: The rate for Driver Only (YOUR vehicle) service is above. Please inquire.
• DIAMOND tours (Up to 4 ppl., not shown above) are double the STANDARD FULL-SERVICE tour rate. Please inquire, or see below.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 HOURS*
  2. Pricing includes the base rate, a basic 15% driver/guide gratuity, gas surcharge, and dead-head fee.
  3. Your STANDARD FULL-SERVICE tour is your default option. SEE TOUR DESCRIPTIONS BELOW.
  4. 21 PERSONS MAX. Please inquire about groups of 22+ PPL.
  5. Tour includes a pickup/drop off in the Portland metro area (outside of the Portland City limits), N. Willamette valley (Forest Grove to Salem); or Hood River OR. and environs. If your tour starts/ends outside of the Portland metro, N. Willamette Valley or the Hood River area, the dead-head fee* may increase. Please inquire. The further we have to send your vehicle & driver, the larger the fee due to increased transportation and other costs. Your itinerary (when known), may also influence/ change the dead-head fee.
  6. Automatic 15% DRIVER/GUIDE GRATUITY applies, included in pricing. No additional gratuity is expected. Your CDL driver works hard to ensure your trip is both safe and fun!
  7. 5% cash discount applies.
  8. All tasting fees, and meals, ARE ADDITIONAL COST. Parking fees (if applicable) are charged to the customer's credit card.
  9. A deposit* of $100 (up to 4 ppl.) -$200 (up to 10 ppl.) -$300 (up to 21 ppl.) PER DAY is required to book for all tours. Additional deposits may be required depending on the wineries policies regarding deposits and pre-payments. If your prefer to pre-pay for the tour, please be aware, that overage time charges may apply if you go over the scheduled 7 or 12 hour tour time.
  10. The 'Full-service' driver/guide supplies 'AI' and personal narration (when available), and we pre-plan your tour. We plan your tour and lunch, and make the winery appointments (typically is necessary for 7+ ppl. tours only). You are ordering a full-service tour.
  11. The hourly rate (Total daily rate divided by 7 or 12 hours) applies at 7.5 or 12.5 hours.
  12. For the 'Recession Wine Tour' and 'Recession - Driver Only', your driver does not supply narration, and we DO NOT pre-plan your tour. YOU need to plan your tour and lunch, and make the appointments (typically is necessary). You are ordering a Vehicle & Driver ONLY, or Driver ONLY.
  13. Please inquire about our complete all-inclusive option, which will include the tasting fees and meals.
  14. For all area pickups, please inquire about 'TOUR COMBOS', which will include other tours (Columbia River Gorge, Mt Hood, Breweries, Distilleries, Oregon Coast etc.) along with a wine tour or other tour, on a single or multi-day trip.
  15. SPECIAL Up to 5 hour rate (1-2 vineyards): $49.95/person with a 11 person minimum charge requirement ($550). The hourly rate begins at 5.5 hours. Time of Year and other restrictions may apply. You pick your vineyard(s), or you may leave that up to us. 20% gas surcharge applies. This rate includes bringing your group to a winery or 2 on our regular routes; BUT does not include narration, and does not include tasting fees and meals, as applicable. This option is not always available; please check on availability.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 HOUR cancellation policy applies to not loose your deposit, and this policy overrides all other existing cancellation policies and applies to LODGES ONLY.
