There is a COVID-19 Disclaimer amongst other items, on the liability Agreement:
The Covid-19 disclaimer states, that While "enhanced health and safety measures" will be the utmost importance — guests, still assume all the risk.
"An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease, that can leed to severe illness or death.
By using My Chauffeur services, we, and you, voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
MASKS ARE REQUESTED TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WITHIN THE VEHICLE.
AGAIN, MASKS ARE REQUESTED TO BE WORN WITHIN THE VEHICLE.
Please read and sign the liability agreement form, your driver will pass to you.

Also, please be aware, that when you enter any winery, there are, tasting fees.
These tasting fees are often refunded with purchase, typically 1 or 2 bottles or a club membership. Sometimes the tasting fee is not refunded.
Each winery has their own policies regarding this.
We will try to include, in the winery intro's, if applicable, when we reach each winery, their specific policy regarding this. Or you may ask them.
Also, you may share tastings, and you do not have to taste.
Purchasing bottles is typically not required, but the wineries sure hope that you do!
Now, we have a great Wine Country Introduction, we would like to present.
We will start that now, unless you prefer to ride in silence.
It's about 10 minutes long.
