Archer Vineyard
“Archer wines have one simple goal: to express the land and inspire life.”
Their artisanal Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are made from one of the oldest vineyards on Parrett Mountain, at the southern end of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Pricing ranges from $20-$60/bottle.
The $15 tasting fee for 3 pinot gris and 2 pinot noir is waived for every 2 bottles of wine that you buy. So if you buy a case of 12 bottles you are receiving 6 free tastings.
We should be leaving here by _____________ (to be on time for our next appt) (to be at your drop-off location by ________). Remember to take care of your tasting fee and/or wine purchase by this time.
ALSO SERVES LONG BREWING BEERS
CHARCUTERIE $10/PLATE

LG. GROUPS
We can easily accommodate up to 50 people comfortably in good weather or bad.
We normally charge an $8 tasting fee for visitors, but can go as low as $5 per person - waived for every 2 bottles of wine purchased for tour groups. The way we handle this is to square-up with the driver when the tasting is done. Ex: 10 ppl: 6 bottles purchased (3 tastings equivalent), driver pays the difference in tasting fees - 7 ppl x $5 = $35.00.
The reason we do this is 2-fold:
1. We always pour 6 wines, and
2. We always serve several cheeses, hard meat, crackers, olives, nuts and chocolates.
We find that large groups often love the food and wine, but, as a group tour, don’t always purchase. We have to cover our costs. The other issue is that large groups are sometimes focused on the “party,” not tasting and experiencing the wines our hospitality with a view.
We do receptions, birthdays, business meetings, and so on routinely. We have a list of caterers to refer to you/your clients.
Let me know any questions that you have. The best approach would be you to bring a smaller group out and learn more about us, our wines and our tasting room/facilities.
Best,
Carr
