Our program represents a risk-free way for you to raise funds for your organization with a service that is almost always guaranteed to sell. In fact, it’s considered the “Grand Prize” at many auctions.

We offer a discounted (50%) gift certificate, only available to non-profit schools and non-profit organizations (501 [c] [3]) for auction or non-auction events. The non-profit school or organization recipient or auction committee may request a complete discounted gift certificate package. Package would include the GC and introductory letter to the gift certificate recipient, an informative letter to the auction committee and an Auction Display Placard if requested, for the auction. If you would like the Auction Display Placard, please request it when you order your GC. The Gift Certificate would include a private, up to 7-hour mini-bus or sedan wine tour of the North Willamette Valley or another wine country destination for 2, 4, 10, 15 or 21 persons at 50% off the full rate.

**An alternate lunch includes the carryout menu form the Red Hills Market in Dundee, or there are several other menu's available, possibly at a custom cost. Included on the Red Hills Market menu are sandwich selections, salad selections and platter selections. Custom lunch orders or individual boxed lunches are possible and may be at a different cost. It is customary to purchase 1-2 bottles of wine from your lunch host winery.
- Up to 7 hours full-service tour* (2-3 wineries) for up to 2, 4, 10, 15 or 21 people with a pickup/drop-off location within the Portland metro area, or south to Newberg/McMinnville/Salem areas.
- Charcuterie board or box at a winery or other lunch stop ($20 each)**

- Reservations during the On-Season only (May 15 through November 15).

- Wine Tasting Fees: Wine tasting fees (typically ranges from $75 - $130 per person for the day) may be added on request at additional cost. You will have the opportunity to add the wine tasting fees to your GC purchase during the ordering process, if desired, at $109.00 per person.
- Cost of Meals/snacks (unless included).
- Reservations during the Off-Season (November 16 through May 14). Extensions are by request, and are not guaranteed.

RISK-FREE* - GC is refundable - The gift certificate cost must be paid before the GC is issued to the auction committee. However, the Gift Certificate is refundable* (SEE TERMS BELOW) to the auction committee if not sold at the auction. Please contact us regarding GC payment and refund terms, or with any other questions you may have. If you would like the Auction Display Placard, please request it when you order your GC.

My Chauffeur is a small boutique wine tour company offering the highest level of luxury service and quality in wine and culinary travel. As wine educators, we try to make our programs educational while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. Our primary goal is to make the world of Oregon wine and cuisine accessible, understandable and enjoyable for our guests, while providing a private, relaxing, luxurious, and authentic experience of traveling in Oregon. And we mean REAL luxury. Only the finest cuisine and the best estates we will visit. And a roomy, deluxe, air conditioned shuttle bus stocked with refreshments (not a 9 or 15 passenger van or minibus for 4, 12 or 21 guests and a driver - that's not our idea of luxury or comfort). At all the estates we visit, you'll receive a warm welcome and a personalized tasting. In some cases, you will tour the technical facilities (vat room and aging cellars) in addition to your tasting. Many times, we go out into the vineyard and the estate representative will discuss vineyard management and harvesting. Whenever possible, the tour is led by the cellar-master, enologist, or owner of the estate. Our guests often marvel at how unique each estate visit is. At one estate, you might see an ancient wine brotherhood display; at another, there will be beautiful gardens; at a third, a special art exhibit. The tasting can be extensive and can include barrel samples* of the latest vintage and/or bottles of recent or older vintages. We sometimes taste in the aging cellar, sometimes in the winery itself, and other times outdoors. The estate representative will lead you through the tasting, helping you identify aromas, tastes and overall quality. We will pick you up and drop you off at your residence or hotel or other desired location. We'll include 2-3 wineries in a standard 7-hour tour, a lovely lunch, and a visit to a local sight of interest if you wish - your day will be customized to include exactly what you want.
