Established in 2013 Bells Up is a new micro-boutique winery opened by Dave and Sara Specter. Dave is making very small lots of CLASSIC BURGUNDIAN STYLE Pinot Noir, Syrah, Pinot Blanc and Rosé.
They compose handcrafted, classically styled Pinot noir with grapes sourced primarily from micro-growers on the northern side of the Willamette Valley.
"Hours are “on demand”! Our private seated tastings are always open by appointment—just give us a call. Otherwise, we are open to the public during Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving event weekends.
"The tasting fee is $20 per person, deducted from a minimum $75 purchase."
