Yes, we can accommodate that size group and would be happy to.  We do give bottle and case discounts to tour groups - 10% on bottles, 15% on cases.  Our tasting fee is $8/person.The 22nd is the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and, while the quieter day, could be busy so please let me know what time you might be here.  Our tasting fee is $9/person on Memorial Day but we would do it for you for the $8 we usually charge.
We have a big parking area so no problems there.
