Bob Morus had a dream to one day own a small vineyard. When he came out to Hood River, Oregon from Chicago, he was taken by the beauty of the area and the promise of being able to grow world-class Pinot Noir. They are into their 16th harvest of Pinot Noir. Supplying fruit to such notable winemakers as Kings Estate, Ponzi and Sineanne for years, their now bottling a few thousand cases under their own label. Watch golfers drive and duff inside the tasting room at the 1st tee of the historic golf course built in 1923. This winery was named for Phelps Creek which runs through their vineyard, and they offer summer BBQ weekends. Bob Morus had a dream to one day own a small vineyard. Established in 2001 they now Farm 34 acres and produce about 5,000 cases annually. They offer about 12 varietals ranging from $26-$38, specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
