Price Match Policy
Here’s how My Chauffeur’s price matching works.
At the time of sale and upon request:

- We will match the prices of similar private tour services from touring company competitors, including their online prices, for Portland locations within 20 miles of Dt Portland.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities.
- We will not match subsidized ride-sharing companies or other subsidized or governmental companies.
- Anything other than wine, spirits, beer and other My Chauffeur tour services
- Entrance and/or tasting fees
- Percentage or dollar off coupons
- Buy one, get one free promotions
- Clearance or close out prices
- Bundled items
- Companies located in the same market within 20 miles of Dt Portland where the price match has been requested. This includes online prices too, meaning the online price ONLY qualifies if it is for a company within the 20-mile radius.
- Company competitor must be listed as a legal transportation or touring company within the City of Portland website.
- A printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad.
- Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted.
- If you found the price online, please present the price from a qualifying local competitor’s website.
- To complete the price match, My Chauffeur must be able to successfully validate the price on the local competitor’s website or ad.
- Competitor's services offered may be different from My Chauffeur's. The 2 differing services must be a close match of My Chauffeur services and we will take this into consideration when we decide whether to grant a full price match or partial price match.
