Tour cost includes the complete full-service tour; including the vehicle, driver/guide, door to door service and our concierge service, with the entire planning/preparations and lunch concierge needed for your tour.

Costs such as tasting fees, beverages, snacks/ lunches/ dinners/ lodging/ transportation costs other than tour transportation etc, are additional cost. Pricing does not include the recommended 20% driver/guide gratuity. All-inclusive packages are available, which would include the tasting fees, lunch and/or driver/guide gratuity.

Snacks/food & drinks/wine are allowed on board the vehicle. The charter bus cost is approx. $600-$700 (# of hours X 1.35 + 15%) all-inclusive (includes driver grat.) for 4 hours depending on the # of hours, # of ppl, pickup location & itinerary. Please contact us for your specific costs. Passenger numbers above ~50~ are additional cost.

· All itineraries must allow the driver and the Company to comply with all Federal, State and local regulations or ordinances. Drivers are limited to: a) 15 consecutive hours on duty in any one day (including Â½ hour driver preparation; and b) of this 15 hours, a maximum of 10 hours may be actual driving hours. If your itinerary requires the use of more than one driver, either the price of the charter will be adjusted or the itinerary must be changed to allow for only one driver. Upon reaching your destination, if the drivers’ total on-duty hours have used, the driver must have a minimum of 8 hours off-duty.

· Personal lodging, meals & winery tasting/ facility tour fees are at additional cost (as applicable). Client is responsible for payment of driver's and guide's lodging (if applicable) - private room, private bath.

· Consumption of food & alcohol are allowed on the bus (NO GLASS ALLOWED. Your group is expected to clean the bus in the condition that you found it.).
