​This tour is a private tour. 65% DISCOUNT = $65 or cash $59 PER PERSON*. To receive this rate, you must have at least 12 people in your group, or be willing to pay the difference, or RSVP for a mixed-group tour.
​* Includes gas surcharge. Wine tasting fees and food/snacks/drinks, are additional cost.

This tour is a private tour. If you do not have 12 persons in your group, you will be added to a wait list and notified if and when the tour is confirmed, which would make it a mixed-group tour. There's no guarantee a tour will be confirmed if you do not have 10 people. If you don't have 12 people you may still request to go, however, there would be a 12 person minimum charge requirement.
​This tour may be used on any of our tours.


Tours are scheduled the 1st Saturday of each month (+ Thanksgiving Day & Pre-Thanksgiving Weekends). (+ SELECT EVENTS*)
Your tour is 65% OFF THE PRE-LARGE GROUP DISCOUNT RATE--However, optional driver/guide gratuity, wine tasting fees* and food/snacks/drinks* are additional cost. Customized tours may be possible, please inquire.

My Chauffeur will schedule 2 OR 3 close-in (Chehalem Mtns./Ribbon Ridge, Dundee Hills), or further out (Salem area wineries, if possible) average expense wineries ($20-$50 per person, typically lesser, per winery) and will have a lunch stop in wine country, typically at a winery. Food is at additional cost. Expect about 50-75 minutes per winery, 1 (50 minute) lunch stop (OR 30 minutes added onto your winery lunch stop) and 1 hour total travel time = approx. 5.5 hours total.
*Tastings fees (You should expect $25-$50 PER PERSON, PER WINERY; often refunded with wine purchase) may be shared and you do not have to taste. There is no obligation to purchase wine; although the wineries do hope that you do!

​**Tipping your driver/guide 15-25% of pre-discounted TOTAL ($25-$42) is requested, but is optional. Your CDL driver works hard to ensure your trip is safe and fun, and truly appreciates any CASH TIP you wish to extend to them.  
​Total to RSVP is $59.00 PER PERSON + $6 CC PROCESSING/SERVICE FEE + 10% GAS SURCHARGE = $65.00 PER PERSON** (see details below).
​10% gas surcharge applies, and is included in this cost. There are no other additional fees, except wine tasting fees and meal. 15-25% Driver/Guide gratuity is encouraged.

Wine tasting fees and food/snacks/drinks, are additional cost.
​** If individuals choose to pay $59 cash on the day of your trip, the reservation credit card holder will receive a full refund the same day for each individual paying cash.
​*Food/ snacks/ drinks: Your options for these are BYO or at one of our wineries there is typically a food/light lunch option. You can inquire with us to determine if this is possible. We typically don't make a separate lunch stop, unless requested.

*If your group is 12 or more persons, your tour will be confirmed right away. If 
your group is less than 12, confirmation will be delayed until we have enough people. Or, you may choose to go with the 12 person minimum charge requirement.

    **You will pay for the ACTUAL # of persons, and will receive a refund if you have less than the indicated # of persons, or will be charged more for any additional persons. However, there is a 12 person MINIMUM CHARGE requirement.


    ​As mentioned, you should expect $20-$35 PER PERSON OR MORE ($50 max.), PER WINERY for wine tasting fees. You may share tastes and you do not have to taste.

    TIME:
    11:30AM* to 5:00-6:00PM
    *Departure is at 11:30AM sharp. So arrive EARLY. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Drop-off time is approximate, and may go under or over 5.5 hours.
    DRIVER/GUIDE GRATUITY:
    ​IMPORTANT: Submitting credit card data for the $65.00 per person charge and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions are required to RESERVE. This fee is fully refunded in the event the date is cancelled by My Chauffeur, otherwise it is NOT refunded. 
    Submit CC info and RSVP by completing secure section below. Your receipt will be issued by email (from address above). If you would like a receipt mailed to a different email address or regular mail, list address in comments box above. If for any reason My Chauffeur cancels the tour because of not enough people signing up or for any other reason, immediate refund of fees will take place on the day of cancellation with an email notice indicating the cancellation typically at least 24 hours in advance of your tour. It is up to you to notify everyone in your group if a cancellation occurs. We will email the cancellation notice to all email addresses we have received.
    *Cancellation Agreement: You MAY NOT cancel your reservation and receive a refund. 
    NOTE: My Chauffeur will charge $65.00 PER PERSON (non-refundable*) on the credit card listed below, for the total # of guests indicated above. 12 person ($780.00) minimum charge required.
    *If attendees choose a $59.00 cash payment, the credit card will be refunded $65.00/per person.
