The aura of enlightenment and serenity at Saffron Fields flows from the interior to the exterior. The multi-purpose tasting room is surrounded by a Japanese garden designed by the former director of the Portland Japanese Garden.
Discover their wines while strolling through their Japanese gardens, exploring their art collection and by simply enjoying the breathtaking view of their serene hillside vineyard and surrounding landscape.
Saffron Fields Vineyard is situated in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, home to world class Oregon Pinot Noir. Their estate grown Pinot Noir, is a true expression of their vineyard.
Saffron Fields Standard Tasting
($20 per person, free with two-bottle purchase)Their standard flight of current releases can be paired with their charcuterie and cheese board for an additional $15.
The Saffron Fields Vineyard is located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA in the northern Willamette Valley. The vineyard’s sedimentary soils, gentle west-southwest aspect and moderate elevation all combine to produce fruit with a true sense of place.The tasting room features a modern art collection, a Japanese garden and great views of the vineyard and surrounding valley. Taste through a selection of wines made with fruit sourced from Saffron Fields Vineyard. The estate grown Pinot Noir, crafted by winemaker Tony Rynders, is a true expression of our vineyard.

LG. GROUPS
"We currently do not offer discounts to tour groups. We are a very small producer and our facility is quite small and not suited for large groups. When the weather is nice it is a little easier but over all we prefer to keep groups at 20 or less.
Our policy is as follows...
Groups of 10 or more tastings are $25 per person – Tastings must begin between 11am and Noon. Our private tasting room holds 18 people and can be used with our compliments for groups of that many or less.
One fee waived per every 2 bottle purchase.
- - Groups of 20+ are also $25 per tasting but no tasting fees are waived for purchases (discretion of manager)
Groups of 10 or more require a credit card on file. Must cancel/reschedule/adjust group numbers within 24 hours or the card will be charged 50% tasting fees per original reservation.
Case purchases receive 10% off and 6 bottle purchases receive a 5% discount.
