32 acres of grape vines include 30 acres of Pino Noir, and two acres of Chardonnay, from which they make their, Brut Rosé, Mineral Springs Ranch Pino Noir, and Mineral Springs (White Label) Pino Noir.
Tony Soter is a passionate wine grower, committed to sustainable farming. He began organic grape growing in 1985, and the Mineral Springs Ranch is the home of their, Biodynamic estate vineyard.
Let me know if you want to learn more about, Biodynamic farming.
Their goal, at Soter Vineyards, is to provide elevated, authentic hospitality experiences, to everyone who visits Mineral Springs Ranch. From creative and nourishing food, to thoughtfully designed spaces, each tasting is curated with the guest in mind.
Other tasting experiences are also available.
Their Provisions Tasting, is a guided culinary experience, designed to immerse you, in the bounty of Mineral Springs Ranch, their Biodynamic farm, and vineyard, located in the heart of Oregon wine country. Seasonal cooking isn’t a fad at MSR, it’s their way of life. Their pairings change weekly, and follows the ebb and flow of their farm’s seasons. The goal is to source 100% of their ingredients from their property, and when that’s not possible, (they obviously need oysters!), they bring in the highest quality items from their neighbors at the coast, or other organic farms in the region. Their culinary team, utilizes their farm’s abundance, in the most creative ways – expect a menu with a diverse array of textures, flavors, and preparations.
