All-inclusive Package Terms
Your all-inclusive package may include any of the following:
- WINE TASTING FEES
- PICNIC LUNCHES
- 20% CHAUFFEUR/GUIDE GRATUITY*
All-Inclusive prices posted on-line and by email are ESTIMATED and are not guaranteed.
3.5% service/processing fee applies.
TASTING FEES:
All tasting fee cost quotes are approximate; as it may be higher or lower depending on the groups winery choices, winery packages and other factors. Group pays for the actual tasting fees, + 3.5% service fee. Final costs may be higher or lower than what is quoted above due to the actual tasting fees rather than the estimated tasting fees. An exact cost should be known once the specific wineries, # of wineries and specific winery packages (if any) and lunch options are chosen, either before or during your tour.
The BASIC (SILVER) PACKAGE includes 'basic' wine selections from about 3 wineries at about $15-$25 per person per winery tasting fee ($60 pp* + 3.5% credit card processing fee/service chg.).
'PREMIUM’ & ADDITIONAL SELECTIONS/ WINERIES ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST.
The PREMIER (GOLD OR DIAMOND) PACKAGE includes 'premier' wineries & wine selections from about 3 wineries at about $20-$60 per person per winery tasting fee ($120 pp* + 3.5% credit card processing fee/service chg.)
Many wineries refund the tasting fee with wine purchase, which means that your actual tour costs are often lower than what's quoted. ADDITIONAL SELECTIONS/WINERIES ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST. IF WINERY TASTING FEES RUN OVER YOUR $60 or $120 pp ALLOTMENT EITHER ACCIDENTALLY OR PURPOSELY, THESE COSTS OVER-RUNS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT. My Chauffeur attempts to keep your group within the desired tasting fee range; but, ultimately, My Chauffeur is NOT responsible for cost over-runs under any circumstances. If you want restrictions or no restrictions on your tasting fees, please notify us before we make winery appointments. You only pay for the tasting fees you actually use.

PICNIC LUNCHES:
BASIC (SILVER) TOUR PACKAGE: A gourmet picnic box lunch is included for everyone with your all-inclusive package. If your group would rather choose to stop at a restaurant/cafe or to bring-your-own lunch, please notify us. Please inquire about lunch menu choices or visit our Picnic lunches web page. Get back to us with your menu choices anytime before your tour, or at the latest, 2 days before your scheduled tour date. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your tour lunches. If you have already ordered lunches for your group, they should be itemized on the reservation form. It is customary to purchase a bottle or 2 of wine from your lunch host winery to enjoy with your picnic lunch. For wine country restaurants, click on the restaurants link, or you may ask us for suggestions.

You may choose any picnic lunch from our Picnic lunches web page or choose a restaurant from our restaurants link supplied with your reservation confirmation, or you may ask us for suggestions, or customize a lunch to your needs. Please inquire about lunch options for your premier package.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: If you are ordering a gift certificate, then these costs (quoted) will be your actual costs and the tour group will take care of additional tasting fees themselves (if applicable), and there are no refunds on unused tasting fees.
