Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased are typically subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee of $4.50-$9.25. In many cases for groups of 8 or more, these fees are refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, prohibit My Chauffeur from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased. Nor are refunds issued for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once the tickets are in your possession.
As agreed to during the ticket purchasing process, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the event has been cancelled or postponed. This policy has been provided to My Chauffeur by the venues/promoters
