All-Inclusive Package
Your all-inclusive wine tour includes: (see below)
TASTING FEES (ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE): Tasting fees are estimated and are included at $20 per person per winery. For example, for the 5-6 hour tour option (3 wineries), $60 pp is the estimate per individual. This usually means getting to about 3 wineries, but the # of wineries your group actually gets to is also just an estimate.
PREMIUM’ & ADDITIONAL FLIGHTS/WINERIES ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST. IF WINERY TASTING FEES RUN OVER YOUR ESTIMATE ($60 pp for the 5-6 hour tour; $50 pp for the 3-4 hour tour; or $80 pp for the 7-8 hour tour)* EITHER ACCIDENTALLY OR PURPOSELY, THESE COSTS OVER RUNS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT. Check with the individual winery or ask My Chauffeur about specific winery tasting fees. My Chauffeur attempts to keep your group within the desired tasting fee range; but, ultimately, My Chauffeur is NOT responsible for cost overruns under any circumstances. If you want no restrictions on your tasting fees, please notify us or your driver and he/she will accommodate your request. The tasting fees fluctuate and are often less than the $50, 60 or $80 pp allotment, especially if your group plans on purchasing wine or adding/subtracting wineries. Group pays for the actual tasting fees, + 3.5% service fee.

PICNIC LUNCHES (ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE): A gourmet picnic lunch is included (unless requested otherwise or specified on the attached reservation doc.) with your all-inclusive package. If you have already ordered lunches for your group, they should be itemized on the reservation form, and we will have them ready for your tour date. Otherwise, please get back to us if you would like us to supply a catered picnic lunch. Picnic lunches are offered at additional cost, usually about $17/person. The menus for the lunches and your specific menu your group should use for your tour can be viewed on the attached reservation form or view Picnic Lunches. Some of the menus require pre-ordering. When ordering: you may order directly through our website, or just give us a call at 503-969-4370. If you have questions regarding the menus or anything lunch related, just give us a call. It is customary to purchase a bottle or 2 of wine from your lunch host winery. A picnic basket with complete settings will be available for your use at lunch time, if requested. For wine country restaurants, click on the restaurants link for your tour region, or you may ask us for suggestions. Wine country lodging, dining and wine tour packages may be available, please inquire.
