DRIVER ONLY TERMS: (Pre-payment is required)
​​Cancellation Agreement

• Vehicle: Your vehicle. We do not supply a vehicle with this option. You supply the vehicle. 

• Up to 7 or 12 Hours* Full-Service, or Discounted ‘Recession Wine Tour’. Please inquire about full-service 'Driver Only' option.
• Pre-payment is required for the 'driver-only' option, + $200-$300 overtime fee deposit.**
• ​You will be charged for the ACTUAL # of persons. So refunds or additional charges may apply if your person # changes.
• Pricing cannot be combined with any coupons or discounts.​

​**This is a 7 or 12 hour service. We will give you a 1 hour grace period, and start charging overtime fees (service specific) at 8 or 12.5 hours. $200 deposit for 1-10 ppl., or $300 deposit for 11-21 ppl.

• For us to legally drive your vehicle, there must be a separate seat for everyone, including young children, toddlers and infants with appropriate child seats. No exceptions.
• For your personal vehicle, you will need to show us proof of full coverage car insurance, and, written permission on the Permission Form, to drive your vehicle.
• For rental vehicles, your driver (Philip Colby - CDL#5404137 OR.) will need to see that you have purchased full-coverage insurance from the rental car company. Proof of full coverage rental company insurance is required, to commence your reservation. Emailed documents before your trip is preferred, to avoid cancellations
• The vehicle cannot be larger than a 15 passenger van (1 seat for driver, and 14 available seats), without prior approval.

If you do not meet all of the above conditions, or cannot produce the proofs of documents, either before your trip, or at the departure location, your driver will cancel, with no refund on your deposit. The deposit for "Driver Only" reservations is $200 (trip deposit and overtime deposit are 2 separate items)

YOUR DRIVER:
Your driver Phil is CDL licensed (w/current medical cert.) and will be highly experienced (25+ years) driving in Oregon wine country.
Climate control: Your driver will require ventilation system outside fresh air inside the vehicle, with windows open or cracked, and will be wearing a mask. Your driver will also wipe down the steering wheel, if possible, and areas he may touch directly in front of him with rubbing alcohol, before and after (on request) the trip. Your driver will need about 20 minutes to accomplish the pre-trip tasks (view/collect the required documents (mentioned above), familiarize himself with your vehicle, accomplish the vehicle tasks, and get ready for the trip.)
Your driver will be clean-cut looking, well groomed and dressed in business or leisure attire, not formal attire. He will be wearing a billed "baseball" cap, or on request, a chauffeur's cap. Your driver typically remains at the vehicle while you are at the wineries and lunch spots, unless requested otherwise.
TOUR TYPE: (Full-service, or 'Recession Wine Tour'*)
*'Recession Wine Tour'. You plan out your day. You make winery appointments as needed, and you plan your lunches, etc. You're hiring a DRIVER ONLY.
You may utilize, if desired, our "No-Appt" wineries list*, available at tour booking for small groups (up to 5-6 ppl.), on request.

*”No-Appt” wineries recommend, but do not require appointments, for small groups. Walk-ins are welcome if they have space and staff available.
​Here’s How It Works - If a winery is not available because there's no seating or staff available, we'll go on to the next one.* If you chose the ‘Recession Wine Tour’ Driver Only, you will decide where to go next. So you will have to be ok with going from winery to winery, as needed. For small groups - 5-6 ppl or less.
*If you want a guaranteed seating, you must make an appointment.

TERMS:
•The hourly rate (Daily rate divided by 7 or 12 hours) applies at 8 or 12.5 hours. 
NOTE: If we do not yet have your pickup address, we reserve the right to change the rate or cancel the service for pickups in Portland, or outside the Portland metro area.
The "Driver Only" option is for a DRIVER ONLY. You supply your personal or rental vehicle.
The rate includes all fees, and driver gratuity, but not wine tasting fees and meals. If there are parking fees for your car, those fees will be added on to the total bill.
