Your driver or driver/guide is always available to take photographs throughout the day with your driver's camera*, or your groups camera's. Please utilize this service.
On request, we can take posed and/or candid photo's (as instructed) with our, or your group's camera(s), and after your tour we will send you the pictures via email to one or more email addresses. Please consult with our staff or driver for this option. Please note: your driver or driver/guide is not a photographer, and will take pictures to the best of his/her abilities.
By requesting this option, and when available, you agree* to give permission for My Chauffeur, if using the My Chauffeur camera, to use these photos for promotional purposes on our 2 tour websites: www.tourportland.com & www.winetouroregon.com and possible printed My Chauffeur brochures, and for no other purpose. Group member leader must sign, individually and on behalf of the group, the PHOTOGRAPHY contractual agreement, #34.

By requesting this option, using your driver's camera, you agree to give permission for My Chauffeur to use these photos for possible promotional purposes on 1 or both our 2 tour websites: www.tourportland.com & www.winetouroregon.com. I understand that photographs taken BY PARTICIPANTS on this tour may only be used for non-commercial, or personal purposes. Furthermore; I AGREE to grant the sponsors of this tour (MY CHAUFFEUR TRANSPORTATION LLC; DBA MY CHAUFFEUR WINE TOURS) to a worldwide, royalty-free license, to use my and my group's photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes. I expressly give permission to use my whole group's photographic, video, or digital likenesses solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.
